WHAT WE ARE NOT

We are not a job listing site!

 WHAT WE ARE

There will be job listings we are privy to that are sometimes referred to as the 'hidden job market'.  We will connect those jobs to our known applicant pool appropriately and/or list them in the localized church bulletins. At CATHOLIC BUSINESS FELLOWSHIP we will match you specifically with our network of employers to known open positions.

WHAT WE ARE NOT

We are not a resume posting site!

There are already numerous resume posting sites available if this method suits your search needs and criteria.

WHAT WE ARE

Instead we are a resume creation, updating, and editing service that will get your resume noticed and set apart from the "cookie cutter" resumes that HR professionals toss aside. Your resume will also be designed to be seen by specific employers looking to hire, and not into a generic application pool.

WHAT WE ARE NOT

We are not a job posting site.

Many of the things wrong and impractical with similar programs are that they post jobs from State, County, and other public entities.  This method puts you in competition with thousands of applicants in a generic unfathomable application process.  No one I have ever known or heard of has obtained employment through this method.

       WHAT WE ARE

We are a training entity.  We will teach the job searcher HOW to utilize the  most successful search internet sites already in existence. We will teach the applicant short-cuts, tricks, strategies, and techniques to find relevant job matches.

CATHOLIC BUSINESS FELLOWSHIP - PROVIDING THE LINK BETWEEN EMPLOYERS AND JOBS FOR THE CATHOLIC COMMUNITY, mainly has two major approaches to aide the job searcher.

1) CATHOLIC BUSINESS FELLOWSHIP is a comprehensive multi-faceted ministry formed from a need within the Catholic community to provide and promote a networking bond to gain employment.  This is primarily accomplished by creating contacts of existing Catholic business executives with potential employees predominately from the Catholic/Christian community at large.  This effort is coordinated by Business, Human Resource, and Management professionals with extensive expertise in strategic CEO level partnering and successful practical job search/job acquisition techniques and methodologies.

2) CATHOLIC BUSINESS FELLOWSHIP is also a teaching and training ministry that provides directed job acquisition skills through workshops, seminars, and one-on-one counseling to succeed in navigating today's job market environment.
