Catholic Business Fellowship - Providing the Link Between Employers and Jobs for the Catholic Community is a comprehensive ministry formed from a need within the Catholic community to provide and promote a networking bond in order to gain employment by creating contacts of existing business executives with potential employees predominately from the Catholic community. This effort is coordinated by business, human resource, and management professionals with extensive expertise in strategic partnering, and successful practical job search/job acquisition techniques.

What ultimately separates the Catholic Business Fellowship Ministry from the other programs is our methodology of being a complete one-stop program that encompasses all aspects of the initial employment search all the way through to employment acquisition, and retainment.  What also is unique is our practical experience in job searching and attainment, whereas our seminars, workshops, and meetings will be conducted by persons who have "walked in your shoes”, and understand the family and financial situation and impact job loss can create.  Our approach can and may be supplemented by the many liaison programs within the Diocese which already offer a day of refreshment, prayer, music, cold call/meet networking, or other approaches.

Catholic Business Fellowship at its core is a multi-faceted approach consisting in part of pre-networking, (our established connections), networking , application preparation, resume creation, teaching interview skills, interview preparation and techniques, how to create the ‘well stocked briefcase’ of letters, organizational tools, and strategies, how to tap and utilize the job market search engines, how to utilize other hidden job source networks, follow up skills, negotiating the offer, and continued follow-up coaching to enhance and sustain employment.   Catholic Business Fellowship offers a one-on-one personal and invested experience which offers a “Catholic/Christian" networking perspective, and therefore also involves a workplace inherent of Christian ethics, which will upon placement translate into an inviting workplace and situation for the employee.

Catholic Business Fellowship is a 501 C3 non-profit religious organization which will depend on tax deductible donations to support the ministry in its efforts to help the unemployed or under-employed population through opportunities for education, community building and peer-support with specifically designed workshops, seminars, and events. The ultimate goal of Catholic Business Fellowship is to be able to help this faction of our populace find gainful employment thus helping themselves, their families, and their community.
